When I Went To Connors House

On labour weekend my friend, Connor invited me to come around to his house. When I got back from the labour weekend pig hunt which was Saturday night Mum came and she said that Connor rang up and said that he had invited me around. Mum had brought me some more spare clothes. When I got to Connor’s house it was about 8:30 pm. We watched 1 vs. 100 and then went to bed. Connor showed me his box that he painted like a ps2 and he cut holes in the top so that it can hold his games. It looked cool. In the morning we watched the rugby world cup final. England vs. South Africa. South Africa won. When Connor and I went out to feed the lambs Connor’s had sadly died. We got out his little 10cc four wheeler and we were doing wheelies in the paddock and scaring all the cows and sheep. It is really easy to do burnouts on his motorbike because the tires have no tread. At 11:00 am we went on the pushbikes up to the TET multisports centre. We played tennis and we had some games. Connor’s sister, Zoë came too. She is still learning to play tennis. Last year she broke 7 athletic records. When we had finished we bought some ice cream from the southern dairy and went back to Connor’s for lunch. After lunch we went and did some more burnouts on the motorbike and we were really turning up the paddock! We played play station for a while and when I say a while I mean a long while. Then we taught Zoë how to ride the motorbike better. Then it was time for tea. We set Connors eel trap in his drain. We saw a really big eel but we didn’t catch it because he was too long and his tail was hanging out of the trap still and other eels couldn’t get in. Then we went back inside and left them for the night. Then we watched the scorpion king. In the morning we went down to check the eel trap but there was nothing in there because the big eel had blocked the entrance all night trying to get out and other eels couldn’t get in. After breakfast we went and played on the motorbike again and I stalled it right down the other end of the farm so Connor and I had to push it all the way back up to the shed and down the hill to get it going again. At 11:00am I went back home with Connor and Mr Hobbs. When we got out to Makahu there was no one home so we went down to the new woolshed and I showed Mr Hobbs around we met up with Dad and Mum with Justin on the road. After we had some lunch Connor and Mr Hobbs went home and the weekend was over.
